The Gardens also have a dedicated kitchen, lounge, and enclosed outdoor patio.

Completed in 2024, we offer residents the comfort of elegant, affordable living at The Fountains & Gardens at DuBois. Our small community of 28 private suites joined together with large, bright rooms that invite our residents to socialize, relax, and live comfortably.

Our first location was completed in 2017 and has been providing residences with luxurious living ever since. We offer unparalleled luxury accommodations in senior living with deluxe suits that are spacious and include full amenities. Currently, our flagship location has a waiting list for new residents eager to join. 

The Gardens at Indiana, PA

The Gardens at Indiana is a privately owned luxury Memory-Care facility adjacent to the Fountains at Indiana (Personal-Care facility). Our family and team are Person-Centered Dementia Care certified through the Alzheimer's Association, offering your loved ones need-based housing/care in a modern facility constructed in 2021.
